As a Housing Association we are run by a voluntary management committee who generally meet monthly to make decisions on the direction and strategy for Williamsburgh Housing.
On a day to day basis the activities are led and directed by the Chief Executive and delivered by the staff team of around 45 dedicated, skilled and experienced individuals.
We have five main departments within the association which are Housing & Communities, Property Services, Finance & IT, Culture and Assurance and Estates Team. These deliver the services to our tenants and residents on a daily basis.
