Housing Team

Our Housing & Communities Team is here to support tenants, residents and owners across our communities.

Led by Sharon Vernal, Head of Housing & Communities, and Louise McDonald, Housing Manager, the team provides a range of services including housing management, financial wellbeing support, community engagement and factoring services. Whether you need advice about your tenancy, help with your finances, support to get involved in your community or assistance with factoring matters, we're here to help.

Housing Team

Our Housing Team supports tenants throughout their tenancy, providing advice on housing matters, neighbourhood issues, rent accounts and tenancy support.

Financial Wellbeing Team

Our Financial Wellbeing Team provides free and confidential advice to help tenants maximise their income, access benefits and manage household finances.

Community Engagement

Our Community Engagement Team works with tenants and residents to encourage involvement, gather feedback and support community activities that help make our neighbourhoods great places to live.
