Service Charges

You may find that a charge for services is added to your monthly rent. You are charged only for the cost of those services provided to you, as detailed in your tenancy agreement.

Examples of service charges include:

  • Close and stair cleaning;
  • Garden maintenance;

Service charges are reviewed annually and residents will be consulted with regard to the proposed changes which affect them.
