We have engaged the company Alembic Research to carry out Energy Performance Surveys on some of our Tenanted properties.
The results will update our current information for the Energy Efficiency Standard in Social Housing (EESSH2) which determines how energy efficient your home is and if improvements could be made.
Not all properties are included in the survey. Alembic Research will contact you with a proposed date for the survey which will take around 30 minutes to complete.
