The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 introduced a statutory tenancy for use by all social landlords.

This is called a Scottish Secure Tenancy

The Act also introduced a short statutory tenancy for use by social landlords, in specific instances.

This is called a Short Scottish Secure Tenancy
