The Staff Team

The management committee employs our staff. Each section has a senior officer reporting to the director who has overall responsibility.

Within our staff structure, we have a dedicated customer services team who are located in our main reception area. This team can deal with most enquires received, either in person or by telephone, in relation to both housing management and maintenance. Generally appointments are not necessary. Should you, however, wish to speak to a specific member of staff, it is advisable to make arrangements in advance.
