Williamsburgh Housing Association is delighted to announce the successful completion of its flagship Cartha Crescent development in Paisley.

This milestone brings 33 high‑quality, affordable family homes to the community, marking a significant achievement in WHA’s mission to create safe, modern housing for local residents.

Delivered via a partnership with McTaggart Construction, Renfrewshire Council, and supported by a £3.2 million Affordable Housing Supply Programme grant from the Scottish Government, the scheme exemplifies effective collaboration across public and private sector.
