2025 Resident Satisfaction Survey

We’re pleased to let you know that we will be carrying out our next Resident Satisfaction Survey over the coming months. Our last survey was conducted nearly three years ago, and it is now time to check in again with our residents to gather your views on the services we provide.

We have appointed Research Resource, an independent research company, to carry out the survey on our behalf. Their team aims to speak to around 500 residents across our communities.

Over the next few weeks, you may be approached by a member of the Research Resource team, who will be conducting face-to-face interviews. Interviewers will carry photographic identification and a copy of this letter at all times—please ask to see their ID before taking part.

This survey is extremely important to us. It helps us monitor how well we are delivering services and, crucially, highlights areas where we need to improve. Interviews will take no longer than 20 minutes and will be scheduled during the day, early evenings, and weekends to accommodate residents' availability.

All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence. Williamsburgh Housing Association will not know who has taken part or what any individual has said.
