Backcourts

Security

It is the responsibility of all residents to attend to the upkeep of the common areas. This includes cleaning and tidying the backcourt area and washing both close doors.

Close and backcourt inspections are carried out at least 4 times per year. Letters are issued to residents, if the upkeep is seen to be falling below acceptable standards.

We may arrange for the grass to be cut and charges for this levied through a service charge in the rent or factoring invoice.

All residents are obliged to place wheelie bins on the pavement at the front of the building, on the appropriate day for collection. Wheelie bins should be returned to the back-court.

Where we feel that residents are not co-operating in maintaining the common areas, we may arrange to have this work carried out and charged accordingly.
