Introduction

Our Housing Management Section is responsible for allocating houses and managing tenancies. This covers:

• Rent payments and arrears
• Recording changes in your family circumstances
• Resolving complaints between neighbours
• Dealing with anti social behaviour
• Inspecting closes, backcourts, gardens and all areas in our ownership.

Each housing officer has an overall responsibility for their geographic area, covering Paisley East, North, Renfrew and Johnstone. One housing officer is responsible for all legal action and recovery processes.
