Access to Information

Security

We believe it is a matter of good practice to allow access to information and, as such, we will give tenants reasonable access to their personal files. All requests will be treated in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. Tenants will have the opportunity to challenge the accuracy of any non-confidential information contained therein.

We will, however, restrict the release of personal information on tenants and former tenants to ‘responsible’ bodies such as the police, local authority etc. where there is a legal obligation. Further details can be obtained from the Data Protection Notice that is provided to all new tenants.

Tenancy Agreement in Other Formats

If you are visually impaired, we can arrange for a copy of your tenancy agreement to be provided on cd, in large print, or in Braille. In addition, we can provide the tenancy agreement in languages other than English, on request. Please contact us, should you require this service.
