If we believe that you are no longer living in your home, there are a set of procedures to be followed which allow us to repossess the property. It is important, therefore, that you let us know if you intend being away from your home for any length of time, to avoid this unnecessary action. If you suspect that a neighbour has abandoned their property, you should advise the Association.
