Rent Payments

Coins The rent we charge covers:

  • the day-to-day management, maintenance and repair of your home;
  • the interest payment on money borrowed, in order to improve and build new houses;
  • the establishment of a fund to carry out major repairs, such as window replacement and re-roofing, in the future.

Your rent is due monthly in advance, on or before the 28th of each month. For example April’s rent is due on, or before, the 28th of March.

You can pay your rent weekly, fortnightly or monthly, to suit your budget. Payment arrangements can be made with your housing officer, or a member of our customer services team.

We do not collect rent at our office. For your convenience, we offer several ways to pay:

- Payment swipe card (these can be used at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet);

- Direct debit;

- Internet payments

- Directly by telephone (Interactive Voice Response);

In addition to the above, new tenants can pay their first month’s rent using our chip and pin service.

For further information on rent payments, please contact our customer services team.
