Direct Debit Payments

Direct Debits can be set up face-to-face or over the telephone.  There is no need to complete a form as our direct debit facility is paperless.

If you wish to make payment by direct debit, please contact us on 0141 887 8613 or come into the office and one of our staff can do this right away, using our secure online paperless facility.

Please ensure you have your eight digit bank account number and six digit sort code available.  (This can be found on your bank statement or debit card.)

We collect direct debits every working day of the month, with collections made weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly or quarterly (owners only).

Paying by Direct Debit ensures that your rent and factoring charges are paid routinely, on time at an amount agreed by you, the customer.

Direct Debit Guarantee
All your Direct Debit payments are protected by a guarantee.
All banks and building societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme offer this Guarantee. The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own bank or building society.  If the amount to be paid or the payment dates change then you will be notified normally 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.  If an error is made by the Association or your bank or building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.  You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your bank or building society. (You should also send a copy of your letter to the Association)

In order to make use of the services below, you must have your Allpay payment card or 19 digit Allpay card number.  If you do not have a card, please contact the Association to arrange for a replacement to be issued.
