Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it normally take to process an application for housing?

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your application within 48 hours and process it fully within 28 days.

Where am I on the housing list?

For an up to date evaluation, contact our Customer Services Team.

How long will it take to be rehoused?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to put a timescale on this, as it very much depends on the type and area of accommodation that you are queuing for, the property becoming available and also the level of points held by other applicants on that particular list.

For a full prospects interview, please contact our Customer Services Team.

How do I make a complaint?

It is preferable that all complaints are made in writing to the Association.  The nature of your complaint will determine who you should refer the complaint to.  If your complaint is against one of your neighbours, the complaint should be sent to your Housing Officer.  For other issues, please refer to our Complaints Procedure, a copy of which is available in the Downloads Section.

Where are our houses?

We operate throughout Paisley East and North, Renfrew and Johnstone.
