Customer Services Team Our Customer Services Team comprises of 3 full-time Customer Services Assistants and two part- time Assistants (job-share). It is the team’s aim to provide a comprehensive service, answering queries and dealing with requests, without the need to pass your enquiry to a further member of staff, thereby offering a fast and efficient service. As a guide, we have provided below a brief description of their duties and how you can contact them. - Report repairs
- Organise and co-ordinate contractor visits
- Advise on the status of repairs
- Order replacement key fobs
- Accept, acknowledge and process Housing Application forms
- Provide housing information and advice, in addition to housing prospects interviews
- Assist with form completion
- Co-ordinate and update Mutual Exchange Register
- Provide up to date rent account information
- Order rent payment cards
- Set up direct debit mandates
- Make rent payment arrangements
- Assist with completion of Housing Benefit forms and accept evidence on behalf of Renfrewshire Council
- Record and process complaints
- Provide general advice and assistance
