Williamsburgh Housing Association (WHA)

WHA Office

WHA was founded in 1979, originally to improve and build houses in the east end of Paisley.  Our remit and area of operation has expanded through the years. We are run by a voluntary management committee who are supported by a professional staff team. We are a non-profit making organisation, registered with the Scottish Government, which provides grants to allow the Association to buy, improve and build houses. We are a recognised Scottish charity, number SC035350. The Scottish Housing Regulator monitors us, to ensure that we keep within certain guidelines, meet performance standards and allocate and manage our houses appropriately.

We aim to provide a decent home for all who wish to live in our areas of operation, to be responsive to the local communities and to maintain and manage our properties to the highest standard possible.
