Sale of Property If you are an owner and have a factoring agreement with us, the normal practice is for your solicitor to let us know, when you are selling your property. A courtesy call, giving early indication of your intention to sell, would be appreciated. An administration fee is passed on to a seller, when the final account is issued. This charge is necessary due to the demands made on us by solicitors for information, in relation to the ownership of the property, outstanding fees/works, apportionment of costs and details of improvements to the property. The fee covers the following: Please note that reports relating to the rot guarantees are not included. Where such reports are requested, the charge is increased to cover the additional administration involved.
