Management Fee This represents the annual cost of administering and carrying out various property management duties. This includes the regular inspection of properties, organising day-to-day repairs and programming and implementing cyclical maintenance. It also covers the preparation of quarterly factoring invoices, arranging buildings insurance, taking action to recover unpaid monies and dealing with enquiries. The fee is not charged while properties are being refurbished, as part of a comprehensive improvement scheme. We review the management fee in January each year and the revised charge is invoiced from the 1st quarter of the next financial year. All owners are given 28 days notice of any increase in the management fee.
