Charges for Repairs

No charges are made for repairs which are required through fair wear and tear. We will, however, charge on occasions for damage to glass, sinks or bathroom fitments. We may also charge for replacing plugs, chains, lost or broken keys and door entry fobs and any costs incurred through forced entry (due to lost keys).

We will recharge, or ask for payment in advance, for repairing any other part of the property damaged by you, your family or visitors.
