Planned Maintenance

Maintenance

We aim to keep our properties in good condition. We have a cyclical/planned maintenance programme, which is regularly under review. Part of our rental income is set aside, to pay for work such as repairing stonework and pipework, every five years. This money is also used for replacing other essential external items, at the end of their useful lives.

Planned maintenance involves systematic inspections leading to the servicing and renewal of various items, such as extractor fans, roofs, gutters and down pipes, painting of common areas and windows.
